The Institute for Healing and Awakening

Our trainings are designed to evolve practitioners’ well-being so they can confidently support well-being in their clients.

We created IHA to bring people like you, healers and seekers, into loving relationship with themselves and with Spirit. You learn how to stabilize in a place that is grounded in mindfulness — calm, clear, and spacious. From here, you can work from your innate confidence. That is what sets our coaches apart.

Our trainings include Coaching with Spirit, a foundational coach training, and Coaching with Internal Family Systems (IFS), a series of advanced trainings. Our programs are accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
