Coaching with IFS 1
For Dietitians and Nutritionists
Using Internal Family Systems to Co-Create Healing and Awakening
This is a comprehensive professional training and personal development workshop for those who want to work deeply with clients who are committed to lasting transformation.
This cohort will be limited to dietitians and nutritionists.
What will I learn?
The basic principles of IFS and a clear 18-step protocol for deep healing, including how to:
Access your own enlightened core, which is whole, wise, loving, and good (Self)
Collaborate with clients in entering their internal world with curiosity and compassion
Understand the complex relationships of the many parts within us
Befriend challenging sub-personalities (protectors in extreme roles)
Find and heal young vulnerable parts (exiles)
Move skillfully between two different methods of engaging the inner realm (direct access and in-sight)
Harmonize parts who are polarized
Understand and help parts that affect physical health
Work with your own parts that block access to Self
Stabilize in a compassionate, non-judgmental, and agenda-less presence
All trainings are live on Zoom. We limit our classes to 36 students to provide a safe and intimate community. We welcome students from around the globe.
